This Privacy Policy explains how Beyond Challenging Haircare and Body Candles ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information when you visit this website, browse our products, place an order, use an account or contact us.

- Order records we create: the products you ordered, prices, any discount code you used, the shipping method, the order status and the date.
- Your email address, if you enter it in the offer form on our homepage.
- Account details, if you have an account.
- Details you enter in our Contact form: your name, email address, an optional order number, a reason for contacting us and your message.
- Technical information collected automatically when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, dates and times, and the page or link that referred you.
- Anything you send us when you contact us by email or phone.
3. Orders and checkout
You can check out as a guest. You do not need an account to place an order, and checkout does not create an account for you.
We use the information you give at checkout to process and deliver your order, send order confirmations and updates, answer questions about your order, handle returns and refunds, and keep our business records. Order information is stored in the database of our online store on our hosting provider’s servers.
When you place an order, the store also saves information about how you arrived at the website during your visit, such as the referring page, any campaign tags in the link you followed, the first page you entered, the number of pages viewed and your browser type. We use this to understand how customers find the website.
4. Customer accounts
The website has a My Account area where a person with an account can log in, reset a password, view orders, and manage addresses and account details. If you have an account, we store your name, email address, username, a protected version of your password, any saved billing and shipping addresses, and your order history. If you ask to reset your password, we send you an email so you can set a new one.
5. Forms and communications
Homepage offer form
The homepage offer section asks for your email address and then shows you the current offer. The address you enter is saved in the website’s database, together with the date and time and the form name. We use it for the offer interaction. The form does not save your IP address or browser details, and it does not send you an email.
Entering your email address in this form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Contact form
The Contact form asks for your name, your email address, an optional order number, a reason for contacting us and your message. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and to provide customer support. Please do not include health information in your message.
The details you submit are saved in the website’s database, and the message may also be emailed to our support mailbox so that we can reply. The form does not save your IP address or browser details, and submitting it does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Emails about your order and account
The website sends service emails such as order confirmations, order status updates, refund notices, notes about your order and password reset messages. These are sent through the website’s own email system.
Contacting us directly
If you email or call us, we use the details you give us to reply and to keep a record of the request.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. The website also uses your browser’s local and session storage in a similar way. The website uses the following kinds of cookies and storage.

If you log in, cookies keep you logged in and check that your browser accepts cookies on the login page.
Order attribution
The store records how you arrived at the website, such as the referring page and campaign tags, in cookies that last for your browser session. If you place an order, this information is saved with the order. It is not sent to a third-party analytics service.
